Gets or sets a value indicating whether the advice must apply to at least one method of the target type. The default value is false.

Remarks
When this property is true and the advice applies to no method of the target type, either because no method has the name
MethodName or because the signature of each method with this name does not match the parameters of the advice,
the error LA0285 is reported for the aspect instance. When it is false, the advice applies to nothing without error.
